 Special-Needs
The i wireless Center is ADA compliant for accessibility
and with its’ amenities including restrooms, parking
and service counters. The facility can accommodate any variety
of special needs for event seating.
Accessible Seating
The i wireless Center provides fully accessible seating on the concourse/suite
level between the lower and upper bowls. Tickets prices in
these sections vary by event and each price for the event
will be offered throughout these sections. Companion seating
within these sections may be purchased with a limit of one
per accessible seat. This limit may increase depending on
the number of accessible ticket sales for the event.
Accessible seating may be purchased at the i wireless Center Box Office, any
Ticketmaster outlet, on-line at ticketmaster.com or through Ticketmaster charge-by-phone, toll-free, at 1 (800) 745-3000. Convenience
charges and handling fees will apply. Accessible seats may
also be purchased with a major credit card by calling the i wireless Center Box Office direct at (309) 764-2000 after the event is on sale. A $2.00 per ticket charge will apply.
Hearing Impairments
The i wireless Center does have phonic devices to assist guests with hearing
impairments. They may be picked up at Guest Services on the
night of the event. The i wireless Center can attempt to arrange for a
sign language interpreter if needed. Please contact the i wireless Center Box Office no later than 10 business days prior to the event
for these arrangements.

Visual Impairments
Arrangements to accommodate visual impairments may be made
for some events through the i wireless Center Box Office. Guests are advised
to make inquiries and requests for these accommodations by
contacting the box office as soon as possible

Parking
The i wireless Center has 43 handicapped parking spots
available on an event night, as well as an easily accessible
drop off lane.
On Sale Camping Restrictions

Box Office Hours
Monday through Friday
10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Saturday
10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
On event days the box office opens at 10:00am (including
Sundays).
